Your details in Bremit

Bremit is a Boosted Technologies project. The free invoice service and support use real email verification. Money transfers remain a sandbox and cannot move real money. Use sample recipient details for transfer testing, and do not submit identity documents.

A profile without a password or wallet

When you verify an email, we create or reconnect a customer profile. Transfer records remain associated with that profile after you sign out, close your browser or remove the app. Verifying again lets you see the records you are authorised to access.

What Bremit stores

Bremit stores your verified email, business profile, API activity, invoice and receipt records, optional recipient details, support conversations and attachments. Sandbox beneficiaries, quotes and transfers are also stored. Sensitive document snapshots, contact details and support messages are encrypted in the database. Files are held in private storage. Verification codes, one-time link tokens and API secrets are stored as hashes.

Cookies and device information

Essential cookies maintain your session and protect requests. Staff and customer sessions are separate. We record a browser description and session expiry so you can review and revoke access. Bremit does not load advertising or analytics scripts.

Verification and notifications

Verification codes and sign-in links are sent to your email through Bremit’s dedicated mail account. Invoice emails are sent when you request delivery, and support may email you when a reply awaits. Delivery uses our hosting/mail provider. Phone verification is currently disabled. Optional webhooks send limited invoice event information to the HTTPS endpoint you configure.

Keeping records

Signing out ends access; it does not delete your saved records. Contact support for questions about access, correction or deletion. Records needed for security and audit may need to be retained; no automatic deletion period is currently promised. Additional provider disclosures will be published before real money transfers are enabled.
